Turn useful answers into carefully controlled actions.
Define a business tool, the information it requires, and the actions it is allowed to perform. Plan what happens before approval, after approval, and when a tool fails.
Work toward: A tool specification, an approval checklist, and a simple action log for a sandbox workflow.
Optional challenge: Agent Relay
Walk through the roles of customer, agent, business tool, and approver. Try it solo or with a partner and identify where information or responsibility gets lost.
