Useful answers begin with information you can trust.
Organize a small set of approved business documents and define how an assistant should use them. Practice checking sources, handling conflicting information, and admitting when an answer is missing.
Work toward: A small knowledge base, source-backed answer examples, and a question set for testing quality.
Optional challenge: Fact or Fiction
Introduce an unsupported claim and check whether the assistant identifies the gap instead of inventing an answer.
